PasteFX Terms of Sale
These terms explain how PasteFX purchases, trials, licenses, refunds, and billing support work. They supplement the PasteFX EULA and Privacy Policy.
1. Seller and product
PasteFX is provided by RelayWorks, LLC. PasteFX is licensed software, not sold. Paid access, if purchased, unlocks the PasteFX features, limits, license term, and platform scope described in the app, on pastefx.com, or on the checkout page. Microsoft Store, if used for distribution, is not the v1 Pro checkout or license system unless a later public listing expressly says otherwise.
2. Purchase channel
Direct purchases
For v1, Pro purchases are intended to route through pastefx.com and Paddle checkout. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for payment processing, tax/VAT, receipts, refunds, and chargeback-facing commerce operations. PasteFX is made available by RelayWorks, LLC under the PasteFX EULA. RelayWorks does not want you to send payment card numbers, banking credentials, or tax IDs directly to PasteFX support.
Optional distribution channels
If PasteFX is distributed through the Microsoft Store or another distribution channel, that channel may handle app delivery, installation, Store account, and update behavior under its own terms. Unless expressly stated in a later public listing, Microsoft Store is not the v1 Pro checkout, license, or refund system.
3. Pricing and license scope
Prices, currency, included features, license term, renewal terms, activation/device limits, and taxes are shown at checkout or on pastefx.com. Promotional prices, trials, discounts, or launch offers may change or end at any time unless checkout terms say otherwise.
4. Trial access
PasteFX may offer a one-time local Pro trial. Trial availability, duration, and feature access are shown in the app. Trial access does not guarantee a refund extension, free paid license, or permanent access to Pro features.
5. License delivery and activation
Paid licenses may be delivered through direct checkout, license email, license key, license recovery, or another activation method described at purchase. Keep your receipt and license information. PasteFX may validate license state to determine feature access. If validation fails, paid features may fail closed to Free behavior unless an offline grace rule is expressly provided.
6. Refunds
Paddle-processed purchases
For direct PasteFX purchases processed by Paddle, refunds are handled by Paddle and are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. PasteFX does not set a separate refund eligibility policy for Paddle-processed purchases.
Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle using the receipt, buyer portal, manage-subscription link, or Paddle buyer support process provided with the transaction. Paddle determines refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights, discretionary refunds, refund timing, and payment-method processing under its applicable policies.
You can access your Paddle payment history and invoices through the Paddle Customer Portal. Enter the email address used at checkout, and Paddle will send you a secure sign-in link. The portal provides billing records; PasteFX license recovery remains available separately through the PasteFX License Recovery page.
If Paddle issues a refund, access to the related PasteFX paid license or Pro features may cease.
If you experience a technical issue with PasteFX, contact PasteFX support so RelayWorks can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and the purchase was processed by Paddle, refund handling remains subject to Paddle’s refund process.
Distribution-channel purchases
If a future public listing expressly offers purchase through Microsoft Store or another distribution channel, refund handling may be controlled by that channel’s terms and tools. RelayWorks cannot directly reverse marketplace transactions unless the marketplace’s tools and policies permit it.
7. Taxes and invoices
For purchases processed by Paddle, taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, receipts, and invoices are handled by Paddle. If a future public listing expressly offers marketplace purchase, taxes, invoices, and receipts may instead be handled by that marketplace under its own terms. The amount you pay may vary by region, currency, tax status, fees, or provider rules.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
For purchases processed by Paddle, chargebacks, payment reversals, and payment disputes are handled under Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and payment-provider processes. If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, found fraudulent, or refunded, RelayWorks or the licensing provider may suspend or revoke the related PasteFX license or paid access.
9. Support
Support information is available at https://pastefx.com/support/. For purchase issues, include the purchase channel, order date, order reference if available, and the email address used at checkout. Do not send full payment card numbers or private clipboard content.
10. Relationship to the EULA and Privacy Policy
Your use of PasteFX is governed by the PasteFX EULA. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. If these Terms of Sale conflict with the EULA for software-use rights, the EULA controls for software use and these Terms control commerce and refund handling.
11. Contact
Sales and billing-support questions can be sent to support@pastefx.com. Refund requests for Paddle-processed purchases should be submitted through Paddle buyer support as described in Section 6.
