What to include
Include your PasteFX version, Windows version, purchase channel, expected and observed behavior, reproduction steps, and a privacy-safe screenshot when useful.
Do not send sensitive content
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, API tokens, private license keys, or private clipboard content.
Billing and refunds
PasteFX is free to install and use. Optional PasteFX Pro is a one-time $49 USD digital feature license that unlocks additional limits and workflow features within the installed app; applicable taxes and localized totals may vary. Microsoft Store exclusively provides the PasteFX app, installation, and updates—no software is downloaded or installed outside Microsoft Store. After installation, the optional Pro feature license is purchased through a secure browser transaction processed by Paddle; licensing and activation are provided by Keygen.
License Recovery
For product, license, activation, or recovery help, contact PasteFX support. Do not send payment card numbers or private license keys.
Data removal and license recovery
PasteFX stores settings, local History, pinned items, Library and workflow data, and protected license state in Microsoft-managed app storage. Uninstalling PasteFX removes this local app data.
- If you are finished using this device, open PasteFX Settings and choose Deactivate This Device while online before uninstalling to release its license slot.
- Create a database backup first if you want to keep your local History, pinned items, Library, or workflow data.
- Exit PasteFX and uninstall it. No additional AppData-folder cleanup is required.
A reinstall starts with fresh local data. An active Pro license can be restored online on the same Windows device; local content is restored only from a backup.
Security or privacy reports
Email support@pastefx.com with Security or Privacy in the subject. Include enough detail to understand or reproduce the issue without unnecessary private content.

RelayWorks LLC provides support on a best-effort basis. Availability and response time may vary by issue, purchase channel, region, version, and applicable law.
Privacy Statement
No telemetry or analytics: PasteFX does not include usage telemetry, analytics SDKs, background reporting, or behavior tracking.
No cloud sync: PasteFX does not sync your clipboard history, Library items, prompts, workflows, settings, or Default Workflows to a cloud service.
